Created by Thomas Bastide, famous designer for Maison Baccarat, this new range of kitchen knives has won over many professional cooks with its excellent grip combined with flawless cutting edge. The originality of this knife lies in its asymmetrical shape with a handle fixed on one side of the blade. This atypical design gives it exceptional ergonomics and grip which makes the daily work of experienced cooks very comfortable. This kitchen knife, entirely made in France in the Manufacture Claude Dozorme has a blade made of very high-end steel (X50CrMoV15) providing these knives with excellent cutting performance and very easy manual resharpening.
