Number of exceptional knives from the Claude Dozorme Le Thiers, Laguiole or other brand are adorned with blades revealing rounded patterns, in the shape of a wave. These blades or handles are in fact designed within Claude Dozorme cutlery from artisan damascus steels, steels which consist of more than 120 layers. Damascus steel is obtained by bending and successively forging different pieces of steel of different grades; the final revelation of the blade will reveal all kinds of patterns and give it an incomparable charm. All knife models with a damascus blade from the Claude Dozorme manufacture bear a unique number and are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
