Our salami knife's little extra comes from the holes forming the word "sausage" on its blade, designed to avoid this famous adhesion! Moreover, its micro serrations are designed to cut sausage without difficulty.

This customized salami knife is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The stainless steel X46Cr13 is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR, its micro toothing is done manually.
Our salami knife has a wood handle which is available in exotic wood or olive wood to suit everyone. There is also a version in acrylic (18 colours available), to meet your desire for authenticity.
Our knives are all made in France. Each step, from the conception of the knife to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
