Berlingot XXL cheese knife wood handle
Purists know that you can't use just any knife to cut cheese. But what cheese knife should you use for soft pasta? To make beautiful slices of cheese that will surprise your guests, we advise you to opt for the XXL Laguiole cheese knife.
This XXL cheese knife is equipped with spikes at the end of the blade to make it easier to serve the cheese. Its particularity also comes from the holes in its blade that prevent the material from sticking. This is very useful for flowing cheeses such as Camembert for example!
Aesthetically, the famous holes we mentioned earlier form the word "cheese" on the blade, which is playful and original. The cheese knife has a wood handle that comes in olive wood or exotic wood. You can easily match it with the other accessories of the Berlingot cheese range, especially with the cheese fork!
French-made and above all handcrafted, this knife was designed in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.
