Technical characteristics :
The Berlingot cheese knife has a stainless steel rivet and a half-tand blade with heat treatment.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel that we use is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
The handles of the cheese knives are made of wood and are avalaible in olive wood or exotic wood, to suit everyone. There is even a version in acrylic (18 colours available), to satisfy your desires for authenticity.
Our knives are all made in France. Each step, from design to assembly, is carried out in our manufacturing workshop.
