Technical characteristics :

This cheese cleaver is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. 

The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with a wood handle available in olive wood or exotic wood. We advise you to choose the same colour as your table accessories !

For people looking for more colors, this cheese cleaver exists in acrylic (18 colors avalaible).

Our artisanal products are made in France. Each stage, from the design of the models to their assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop in Thiers.
