The cheese cleaver is suitable for friable cheeses such as goat cheese. Its wide blade is ideal for serving crumbs, but it can cut any cheese. The fork is suitable for hard pasta cheeses since it has two teeth to prick them.

These two elements are forged in a very high quality steel, stainless and sharp. They have a matte or shiny stainless steel handle, depending on your choice. Their particular design comes from their Le Thiers® shape, which is only made in the Thiernois basin, it is elegant and respects strict specifications.

This cheese service was fashioned in the Claude Dozorme cutlery in Thiers and with passion, by craftsmen who care about respecting traditional methods.

This 100% made in France cheese service is perfect for cutting, serving and presenting your cheeses. It comes in a beech wood box.

The cleaver and fork were forged in a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel. Its composition is:

0.50 of carbon for blade cutting

0.15 of chromium making these accessories stainless

1% of molybdenum and vanadium for the flexibility of the blade and therefore an easy re-rinsing

The blade goes to the end of the handle, which gives the entire knife extreme strength. It is also very sharp and easily re-sharpable. The handle of these products is made of shiny or matt stainless steel, fixed with stainless steel nails.
