Doped with nitrogen and without primary carbide, the 14C28N steel allows the blade to not be pricked and remain intact over time.

Several wood handles are available: birchwood or green poplar wood. We also offer this model of knife with a horn or methacrylate handle.

These 100% rough woods are cut and worked in our workshops, they undergo no chemical treatment and therefore remain authentic and natural.
