This fish service consists of two pieces.
- A fish knife specially designed for the cutting of the delicate meat of the fish and whose blade is wide enough to make it easier to catch,
- A fork with 3 very large teeth that allow to grasp all types of fish without tearing them.
The blade of these table accessories is designed in a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15 that brings cutting edge, stainless steel and easy of resharpening to the steel.
In addition to their practicality, these very aesthetic Laguiole shaped cutlery will make very beautiful presentations alongside your fish at large (and small) receptions.
The handle of these cutlery to serve the fish is in ivory handle. They each have a stainless steel bolster.
Our aesthetic table accessories are handcrafted in France, in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.

The steel used in the manufacture of this fish service is a very high quality X50CrMoV15 steel, which consists of:
- 0.50 of carbon giving the edge
- 0.15 of chromium making stainless steel
- 1% of molybdenum and vanadium which makes the blade flexible.
All our artisanal products are made in France. Each stage of production, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop Claude Dozorme, by craftsmen trained in traditional and artisanal manufacturing methods.
