Are you looking for a good quality steak knife? Specially designed for cutting your meat at the table, our Laguiole steak knife will quickly become one of your kitchen essentials.
This toothed knife is designed to cut all your meat very easily and does not require re-sharpening thanks to the micro-toothing of its blade. It can therefore be used every day, during all your meals. It is an everyday knife that will also find its place in the kitchen, for serving.
To make beautiful table decorations, we advise you to complete your purchase with the matching fork, coffee spoon and soup spoon. Our flatware range offers 19 different colours to help you create the wood box of 24 pieces that suits you!
Our Laguiole table knife is handcrafted in France, in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, Master Cutler.
Technical characteristics :
Our table knife consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. The micro-toothing is done manually in our workshop.
The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very high quality steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Equipped with a acrylic handle, it is available in nineteen different colours. Choose the one that corresponds to your knife service or try new associations!
For purists looking for authenticity, we offer a version of this knife with a wooden handle (exotic wood or olive wood).
The steak knives are dishwasher-safe to save you time and energy.
All our handcrafted products are made in France, in the respect of the cutlery tradition. Each step, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our Claude Dozorme cutlery.
