The production of this fork is 100% French. Our oyster fork Laguiole was made with passion in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme Cutler, master cutler.

Technical characteristics :

This seafood fork is made in France, in our workshop and by craftsmen with unique know-how.


Equipped with a half-silk blade with heat treatment, its X43Cr13 stainless steel is very resistant. Its Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

The two rivets on the handle of this kitchen cover are made of stainless steel.

The wood handles are available in exotic wood or olive wood. There is also a version in acrylic (19 colors available) to suit all tastes.
