Made in France and handcrafted, this fork exists in olive wood or exotic wood. It is designed in our workshops Claude Dozorme (Master Craftsman Cutler).

Technical characteristics : 

This laguiole steak fork is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. 

The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use is a very good quality component. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with a coloured wood handle, it is available in olive wood or exotic wood. 

For people looking for more colours, this steak fork exists in acrylic (18 colors available).

Our handcrafted products are made in France. Each step, from the design of the models to the assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop in Thiers.
