Its solid stainless steel guard makes it an aesthetic and modern kitchen knife.
The blade, whose razor sharpening is very sharp, was designed in a high quality steel X50CrMoV15. Polished matt, it goes to the end of the handle and its trim is very precise. Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
