The Laguiole shape is native to the Aveyron village of the same name. It is distinguished by its curved handle and the bee forged on the spring at the mitre.
This bone holder is forged in a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15, which makes this kitchen tool totally stainless on the steel part.
The handle is available in several models: exotic wood, light horn, natural nacrin or shell. The bone holder has a brass bolster.
This kitchen accessory is entirely made in France, in Thiers, in the workshops of Master Craftsman Cutlery Claude Dozorme.
