Composition of this high quality steel:
The carbon concentration of0.50 provides a clean cut. Chromium at 0.15 allows its rust-proofness. Finally, the percentage of 1% molybdenum and vanadium gives flexibility and therefore facilitates its re-sharpening.
This pocket knife made in France is very sharp, with a good holding wire and easy re-sharpening of the blades.
The opening and closing system " Liner " is easy to access thanks to its notched part, it is also safe.
The Laguiole knife is delivered with a key to tighten the shaft. It is presented in a Claude Dozorme box, made of cardboard and with the famous wolf logo. Ideal as a gift box!
