Thanks to a ball hidden in the bolster, this unique knife can only open and close if the blade of the knife is pointing upwards or downwards.
To open, the closed blade must be pressed down when the tip of the knife is up. To close, the folded blade must be pressed down with the tip pointing downwards.
This top-of-the-range knife is sublimated by its secret system, but also by the natural essences prized for the handle: light horn or ram horn.
The blade is made of very high quality razor steel, nitrogen doped and stainless.
It has the traditional shape of Laguiole knives. The fine guillochage option of the spring is hand-made, in the continuity of the famous symbol of the bee!
This unique piece of Claude Dozorme Cutlery is a 100% French creation. All its manufacturing steps are integrated in our Claude Dozorme workshops in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery.
Technical characteristics :
This original knife is made of high quality Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel, nitrogen doped and free of primary carbide. Its blade is easily re-sharpened.
Its very innovative mechanism contains a real secret. Opening and closing is possible depending on the inclination of the knife.
The handle is mounted with torx screws. The knife can be completely dismantled and is delivered with an adjustment key to tighten the shaft.
The Laguiole Secret pocket knife comes with leather protection case and a warranty certificate.
