The steel in which its blade was forged is very high quality steel, X50CrMoV15. It is composed of 0.50 of carbon for a good cutting edge, 0,15 of chromium for its stainless steel and 1% of molybdenum and vanadium for a easily resharpening.
A matching fork to this folding spoon is also available.It is equipped with a rear clip that can be used as a bill clip.
