Resistant, this knife is sharp and easily resharpable. The wire of its blade is protected by the side and it was forged in a very high quality steel X50CrMoV15.

Indeed, its composition allows it to be:

• Good cutting edge with 0.50 of carbon
• Stainless steel by its percentage of 0.15 of chromium
• Easily resharpable with 1% of molybdenum and vanadium

Its bakelite handle is available in black, red or grey. It is equipped with a rear clip that serves as a paper clip.
