Technical characteristics :

Our cake fork consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. 

The X46Cr13 stainless steel used is a very high quality material. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with an acrylic handle, it is available in nineteen different colours. Choose the one that corresponds to your dessert service or try new combinations!

For purists looking for authenticity, we also offer a wooden version (exotic or olive tree).

This pastry fork is dishwasher-safe, for greater convenience and a real time-saver.

All our handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage of manufacture, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop in Thiers.
